How To Order from Ozcut Abrasives

A simple guide to how your welding table goes from enquiry… to your workshop.

Our Ordering Process

Ordering a welding table or fixture shouldn’t feel mysterious. We keep the whole process straightforward so you always know exactly where things stand, what happens next, and when your table will be ready.

We carry a large range of welding tables and fixtures in stock, across multiple sizes and specifications, alongside custom options when required.

Below is the full step-by-step flow our customers go through, from the first message to delivery.

#1 Send Us Your Enquiry

Everything starts with a quick message. Tell us what you’re after: size, style, add-ons, or even a rough idea if you’re not sure yet. We work with shops of all shapes and sizes, so there’s no need to have everything perfect from the start.

The moment your enquiry lands, our team jumps in to guide you through options and make sure you’re heading toward the right table for your work.

#2 Receive Your Quote

Once we’ve reviewed your enquiry, we’ll prepare a clear, detailed quote based on what you’ve requested.

Your quote will include:

  • An exact match to the table or setup you asked for.
  • Clear lead time information: We stock a wide range of products, but we don’t always have every configuration on hand. If the item you’ve requested is in stock, we’ll let you know. If it isn’t, we’ll advise the expected lead time upfront.
  • Alternative options (if needed): For customers who need something sooner, we may suggest similar configurations that are available to ship sooner.
  • Payment structure, where applicable. If there’s a lead time, we’ll clearly outline the deposit required and when the balance is due.
This gives you full visibility on pricing, availability, timing, and payment before making a decision.

#3 Confirm Your Order

Happy with the quote? The next step is simply to confirm.

Once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll lock in the order and finalise the details.

  • For items not currently in stock, we typically require a 10% deposit, with the balance due before delivery.
  • For special custom orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable prior to dispatch.
If the table is in stock, we’ll move toward dispatch. If it needs to be built, we’ll confirm the expected lead time: typically around 2-3 weeks for most items that aren’t immediately available.

This step ensures everything is agreed upon before we proceed to invoicing and payment.

#4 Receive Your Invoice

After your confirmation, we’ll send an invoice for your order.
It includes all the agreed-upon details plus payment instructions. Everything is laid out clearly so you can process it smoothly on your end.

#5 Pay for Your Table

Once payment is completed, we process your order straight away.

For standard tables and accessories, this means preparing your items for dispatch and coordinating with our freight partners so everything gets moving without delay.

If your order includes custom work, we’ll begin the manufacturing steps discussed during quoting, but for all standard products, the focus is simply fast, efficient shipping to your workshop.

#6 Delivery or Pickup

When your table is ready, we’ll organise delivery straight to your workshop or schedule a pickup slot if you prefer collecting it yourself.

We’ll keep you updated along the way so you’re never left wondering where things are at.

From first message to final delivery - that’s the full Ozcut Abrasives process.
