Ozcut Abrasives Solution

Urban X Steel invested in two 1500x3000 Essential Series cast iron welding tables, complete with a full suite of clamps, jigs, outrigger arms, and extensions.

Productivity

“They pay for themselves in literally a matter of weeks,” says Nick. Jobs that once required multiple workarounds are now faster and easier.

Flexibility

Accessories make the system “plug and play”. Extensions allow the tables and work area to be widened or raised as needed.

Precision

The tables were laser levelled to within a millimetre, ensuring every finished product is dead straight every time.

Ease of use

Clamping can be done anywhere on the surface or sides of the table, giving fabricators the equivalent of “three extra pairs of hands.”

Low maintenance

The nitrided cast iron finish resists spatter and heat distortion. “With our old tables we had to grind back every afternoon - these we haven’t touched,” Jimmy explains.
